• Handling enquires received from all the agents and customers, punching in the system, arranging offer to the customers and agents.
• Once rates are offered, follow up for all enquiries and customers feedback.
• Negotiating with Pricing team and try to match customers requirements and confirming the Business.
• Reaching the target and make sure that every month good volume confirmed shipments are received.
• Generating Freight Certificates, arranging for the FCS if on Collect basis and follow up for the payments from the customers.
• Handling nominations for the shipments received from the Domestic desks or from the other sectors
• Ensuring Prompt services to customers/overseas agent and overall, try to Grab Business and reach Monthly volume Target.

Marketing Executive (3 positions) :
Salary Range: 2.5- 3.5 lacs
Exp: 2-4 yrs
Gender: Male

• Candidate should have good knowledge about the prevailing market of Mumbai area.
• He should have good rapport with the exporters /forwarders/MNC forwarders and the CHA’s in Mumbai Area.
• He will act as the primary client contact on day-to-day development, management, and execution of marketing programs.
• He will be the one point contact the Mumbai clients as well as agents for the sales and marketing of our services.
• He will be assisting the managers in preparing, implementing and delivering client presentations or recommendations as well as understanding the specific creative needs of the interactive and direct marketing mediums.
• He will be working closely with the team members to ensure that client needs are met seamlessly and on strategy for all programs.
