JOB PURPOSE: Responsible for the overall management and profitability of the company″s operations
QUALIFICATION: MBA (Sales & Marketing)
JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES :
- To plan, develop, direct, control and evaluate all company activities with a view to achieve pre-determined objectives, turnover and profitability. To achieve agreed targets set by the Company
- To identify new business opportunities for the company and promote the company products with innovative marketing strategies.
- To achieve a balanced client portfolio which will minimize business risk and maximize operational efficiency and profits
- To develop meaningful business relationships with various key decision makers including govt agencies
- To ensure all activities of the company exhibit the highest standards of Customer Service and Quality by providing constant advise and guidance to better the service levels
- To maintain an effective link between the shareholders / owners and the employees in the Company so that we remain a preferred employer.
- To manage all the resources of the Company – men, money, materials, etc. by providing leadership and values to all the employees in the Company
- To prepare monthly reports to the MD with all relevant MIS reporting as per the agreed formats / details
