Job Accountablities :

• To plan, develop, direct, control and evaluate all company activities with a view to achieve pre-determined objectives, turnover and profitability. To achieve agreed targets set by the Company
• To identify new business opportunities for the company and promote the company products with innovative marketing strategies.
• To achieve a balanced client portfolio which will minimize business risk and maximize operational efficiency and profits
• He will be responsible for both direct, dealer as well as institutional sales.
• To manage all the resources of the Company – men, money, materials, etc. by providing leadership and values to all the employees in the Company.

With 8+ years of exp in similar industry – (Oil, FMCG, Chemical, Specialities etc)

Job Responsibilities :

• To ensure availability of packed and bulk finished goods to direct customers and across the 37 depots as per the service level agreed in the business plan.
• To negotiate and execute packed goods transport contracts and monitor their performance periodically
• To review the Indent pattern vis-à-vis stocks at the depot and resolve contract review concerns for indents and direct orders.
• To prepare a monthly forecast of after market sales based on trends of past data and inputs from the market.
• To co-ordinate the Collaborative Planning, Forecasting and replenishment activities for the organization.
• Review and inform the Zonal Sales heads to initiate action for slow moving (defined as more than 90 days and less than or equal to 365 days at depots / factory) and non-moving FG (defined as more than 365 days). These are termed as SLOB (Slow and Obsolete).
• To co-ordinate for settlement of marine insurance claims for the organization.
• To review the pattern of insurance claims and evolve methods to reduce insurance claims.
• To review and close customer complaints arising out of CWH / Customer
• To lead HSEQ initiatives / activities in OBL function with prime importance on Safety aspects of operations

Interface with Customers, Depots, Regional Offices and relevant intra-departments / functions to smoothly execute OBL function.
